Transparency and accountability are fundamental to our operations. These policies define the standards of care, privacy protections, and ethical obligations that govern every aspect of ARC\'s service delivery.
Every individual admitted to ARC retains fundamental human rights throughout their stay. Our Client Rights Charter ensures that treatment is delivered with dignity, respect, and in full recognition of each person's autonomy.
Every client shall be treated with dignity and respect at all times. Degrading language, physical force, humiliation, or any form of abuse — verbal, physical, or emotional — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for disciplinary action against any staff member.
Clients have the right to receive complete, honest information about their diagnosis, treatment plan, potential risks, and alternatives before consenting to any procedure or intervention. No treatment shall be administered without informed consent.
Clients retain the right to practice their personal faith or choose not to participate in any religious or spiritual activities. ARC respects all faith traditions and does not impose any religious doctrine as part of its treatment program.
Clients who disagree with an aspect of their treatment plan, facility rule, or disciplinary decision may submit a formal appeal or complaint. Appeals should be reviewed by designated ARC management in accordance with approved internal procedures.
