Our Approach to Recovery

ARC integrates internationally evidence-based clinical modalities with compassionate, culturally sensitive care to address the physical, psychological, emotional, and social dimensions of addiction recovery.

Treatment Philosophy

Addiction Is a Treatable Medical Condition

ARC rejects the idea that addiction is simply a moral failing. We approach substance-use problems as treatable health and behavioural conditions and support recovery through structured, compassionate and evidence-informed care.

Our multidisciplinary team combines psychiatric medicine, clinical psychology, peer recovery support, and social work to address every dimension of the condition — not just the substance use, but the trauma, isolation, and life disruption underneath.

Our Core Belief

"Every person entering ARC is treated with unconditional human dignity. Recovery is different for every person. We provide professional, evidence-based care and support, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome."

We do not promise miracles. We commit to professional, compassionate and structured care, confidentiality in line with ARC policy and applicable obligations, and a recovery-focused path toward sustained sobriety.
