Transparency and accountability are fundamental to our operations. These policies define the standards of care, privacy protections, and ethical obligations that govern every aspect of ARC\'s service delivery.
To protect the privacy, safety, and dignity of all clients, ARC enforces a total ban on photography, video recording, and audio recording within all facility premises.
No client, visitor, or staff member may photograph, video record, or audio record any person, conversation, or activity within ARC premises at any time. This applies to all areas including bedrooms, therapy rooms, gardens, dining areas, and common spaces.
Any recording device — including smartphones, cameras, smartwatches, and voice recorders — found to be used in violation of this policy will be immediately confiscated and held by administration for the duration of the client's stay.
First offense results in device confiscation and a formal written warning. Repeated violations or distribution of recorded material may result in immediate discharge from the program. All media found to have been shared externally will be subject to legal action under applicable privacy laws.
Official ARC photography and video content is produced only by authorized communications staff with prior written consent from all identifiable individuals in the frame. Such content is used exclusively for approved organizational purposes.
