Taking the first step toward recovery requires courage. At ARC, we have designed our admission process to be compassionate, straightforward, and entirely confidential — ensuring every individual feels safe from the moment they reach out.
From the very first interaction, your privacy and dignity are our highest priority. Here is our commitment to every person who reaches out.
Your information is treated confidentially. It may be shared with your consent, among authorized professionals involved in your care, where required by law, or where necessary to address a serious risk of harm.
Our admissions team is trained in compassionate, stigma-free communication. Every conversation is conducted with empathy, respect, and a genuine desire to help.
ARC is committed to handling personal and medical information confidentially and in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements and approved internal privacy procedures.
ARC's residential center provides a calm, structured, and nurturing atmosphere that supports every stage of the recovery journey. Clients reside in clean, comfortable private and semi-private rooms with access to therapeutic green spaces.

Preparing for your stay helps ensure a smooth transition into the program. Please review the following guidelines carefully.
New clients are given a two-week adjustment period with no outside visitors. This critical window allows clients to fully immerse in the therapeutic environment, establish trust with their care team, and begin the recovery process without external emotional triggers.
After the initial adjustment period, supervised visits are permitted on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and on Sundays from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. All visitors must be pre-approved by the client's case counsellor.
Only individuals listed on the client's approved visitor list may enter the facility. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Maximum two visitors per client per visit.
Alive Rehabilitation Center is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO). Our mission is to make quality addiction treatment accessible to all Ghanaians regardless of financial standing.
We operate on a sliding-scale fee structure. Clients are asked to contribute what they can reasonably afford. No individual will be turned away solely due to inability to pay.
ARC offers need-based sponsorship packages funded through donations and partner contributions. Eligible clients can apply for subsidized or fully sponsored treatment during the admissions process.
Every contribution helps us provide life-saving treatment to those who need it most.
